Just booked your first appointment? Get ready to fall in love with clinical Korean skincare! Upon booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text/email with further instructions to fill out any necessary forms.
Upon arriving for your appointment - once you have parked and arrived at IMAGE Studios in Lexington Green Center, you will walk in the front doors where you will find yourself in the relaxing front lobby. Please make yourself comfortable in this area and Devyn will retrieve you from there at your appointment start time.
Upon entering the studio, Devyn will provide instructions to make yourself the most comfortable! You will be left to privately undress (optional) and get into the warm treatment bed if receiving a treatment.
Every treatment begins with a double cleanse, so no worries if you arrive at your appointment with makeup on!
You have a new client consultation booked? Make sure to bring a list or a picture of all the skincare products you’re currently using at home to get the most out of our consultation!
You will never leave the studio feeling confused with your new Korean skincare products! You will be sent a customized skincare routine sheet after your consultation explaining how and when to use each product.
Which treatment do I book for my first visit? The Bespoke Korean Facial is made just for you! The Bespoke Korean Facial is made just for you! A completely customized treatment dependent on what your skin needs in the moment.
Do you perform services on teens? You must be at least 18 years of age to receive services at Skyn.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you offer any specials? All new clients receive $20 off their first treatment! Also - for every friend you refer, you’ll receive a $10 credit to your account applicable to use towards your next treatment or any products you may need to stock up on.
How often should I come in for treatments? Facial treatments are generally done every 4-6 weeks for optimal results. The skin craves consistency! Some treatments such as the Custom Chemical Peel Package may require you to come in twice in one month. Together, we will decide on the best plan for you + your skin!
Can I come by the studio to shop products in person? Yes! However if you are a new client, you will need to book a “New Client Consultation” (complimentary) or if you are a returning client, you will need to book a “Product Pick-up” time slot online as Skyn is a private skincare studio with Devyn working one-on-one with clients for the best experience.
It’s asking me to enter my credit card when booking my appointment - do I pay at time of booking? Nope! A credit/debit card is required at time of booking to hold your appointment time. No charges will be made to your card until after your appointment at checkout. Don’t worry - if you want to use a different card at time of checkout, we can absolutely do so!
Can I receive treatments if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding? Absolutely! The Bespoke Korean Facial can be customized to be safe for pregnancy/breastfeeding. The Korean Spicule Peel is also an incredible + safe option for a total skin resurfacing treatment.
Do you offer shipping for products? Yes! You can shop all products available at Skyn right here on our website - where you can choose to ship them directly to you or if you are local to Lexington, you have the option to pick up orders right here at the studio.
What is your cancellation policy? We kindly ask that you cancel any appointments within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, or a 30% cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file for any no-shows or late cancellations.
